Workflow 1: adding a recurring schedule

Excel: Copy-paste a row each week and change the date. 8 students × 2 lessons/week = 60+ rows to update every month, easy to miss or misdate. Add exam-season ad-hoc lessons and the spreadsheet gets messy.
